You can register for a standard web account, which gives you basic access to our website. You can also apply for a trade account, with cash or credit options. A trade account gives you personalised prices and extra benefits. Find out more about account options.
You can pay online with your Minster Credit Account, or by credit/debit card. In branches, you can also pay with cash.

This information refers to online orders only.
Orders will usually be delivered within 3 working days from the day of ordering. If you need your order in a hurry, we’ll make every effort to make your order available the next day. This depends on availability and time of ordering. If there are any issues which affect your order, then we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
Delivery is free on orders over £300 to credit account customers, a £30 delivery charge applies to all orders under £300 and non-credit account customer orders.
Click & Collect is FREE and is available at all of our branches, so you can choose a location that suits you.
For collection and delivery orders
Take items to the sales counter of the collection branch with the original invoice, and a colleague will arrange credit or refund. Due to the current restrictions, we recommend you call your local branch before visiting. Check their details on our branch locator.
Returning large items
For items which are too large for you to bring in, please contact the branch to arrange convenient collection from site. We can arrange credit or refund once these have been collected. Restocking charges may apply, but branch colleagues will confirm charges with you.
