This information refers to online orders only.
Orders will usually be delivered within 3 working days from the day of ordering. If you need your order in a hurry, we’ll make every effort to make your order available the next day. This depends on availability and time of ordering.
If there are any issues which affect your order, then we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
Delivery is free on orders over £300 to credit account customers, a £30 delivery charge applies to all orders under £300 and non-credit account customer orders.
Delivery during COVID 19 pandemic. There is no change to our flexible delivery service, with photographs and a site contact name continuing to replace signed POD’s at this time.
Click & Collect
Collection from any one of our branches is FREE. You can choose any location you like, whichever is most convenient for you.
Orders made before 1pm on a working day will be available in 3 hours. Orders made after 1pm will be available for collection the next working day. For orders made at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday, please allow 3 hours before coming into the branch on the next working day.
Uncollected click & collect orders will be put back into general stock after 72 hours. We can’t guarantee availability after this point, so remember to collect your items.
For online orders charged to your credit account please contact your supplying branch for your refund request. For cash refunds please contact the Minster central Customer Care Team on 02475 269 998.
