These certification labels are issued by the Top Employers Institute, an independent organisation that studies companies’ human resources practices based on a questionnaire covering 600 working condition practices; which are then approved and audited by the independent firm Grant Thornton. It’s Saint-Gobain’s ninth year as a top employer in the UK, and sixth for Ireland.

The Top Employers Institute underwent a comprehensive independent research study which revealed Saint-Gobain as a Top Employer Globally for providing exceptional employee conditions, through the nurturing and development of talent throughout all levels of the organisation which is instilled through the Saint-Gobain Attitudes. While also demonstrating their leadership status in the HR environment, always striving to optimise its employment practices and the development and internal mobility of its employees.
