The Isover Polterm Max Plus Insulation 1.2m x 600 x 90mm (L x W x T) is a non-combustible stone wool insulation product featuring a black glass veil on the external side. This resilient slab provides thermal and acoustic insulation within ventilated rainscreen cladding and masonry overcladding systems. It can also be used as sheathing insulation within timber frame external walls. It contains a water repellent additive to protect against moisture ingress. The black glass veil contributes to the aesthetics of the installation, as it prevents any ‘show through’ of the insulation from behind the façade system.
