Cameron Lee, Regional Director (Midlands, South West and Wales)

With an area covering the South West, Midlands and South Wales, Regional Director Cameron Lee joined Minster in 2016, having already forged a successful career within the industry.  Here he highlights how Minster’s expert team, coupled with a solutions-led approach to working with customers, sets the business apart.

One of the most enjoyable parts of my role at Minster is people development. I enjoy supporting individuals to grow and achieve their full potential. The size of our operation lends itself perfectly to this, ensuring that we can remain close with our teams and share our own skills and expertise directly. It’s also a real benefit for our customers and suppliers. Whilst we have the infrastructure to provide our expert services to major contracts nationwide, our people are not lost in the operational hierarchy.
