Oxford Technology Park is a brand-new 400,000 sq. ft. campus, delivering dedicated office and research and development space in the heart of Oxford.
Aimed at accommodating the rapid growth of Oxford’s life science companies, this flagship project has resulted in the development of more than 20 specialist office units. These include a landmark 34,000 sq. ft. lab-enabled office, several state-of-the-art hybrid units offering lab and office space and an innovation quarter of eleven, two-story office buildings available for individual or combined use.
Collaboration at its best
Working closely with plastering, drywall and ceiling specialist PDR Finishings Ltd, Minster has provided a comprehensive range of ceiling and partition solutions for the construction of a number of units on the leading Technology Park.
With tight deadlines in place, this project required a high level of collaboration and communication between colleagues from our Oldbury branch in Birmingham and the PDR Finishings team.
A number of the products specified were subjected to extended lead times so our team had to go above and beyond to ensure that supply challenges were addressed and resolved. Our committed team worked extremely hard to guarantee all deadlines were met and the project completed on time and on budget.
