Minster has won a stake in the Royal William Yard redevelopment in Plymouth, one of the most exciting regeneration projects in the South-West.
Minster will be distributing materials for one of the most exciting regeneration projects in the South-West. The project is part of the Royal William Yard redevelopment in Plymouth and Minster is helping to transform the Cooperage building – which had been standing empty – into 32 art studios.
In total Minster is supplying 10,000m2 of dry lining materials and acoustic insulation to bring a new lease of life for the waterfront structure, an old naval storage fort built nearly two centuries ago.
Dubbed Plymouth’s hidden maritime jewel, the Grade 1 former Royal Naval victualing buildings around the Yard are coming alive with cafes, bars, restaurants, museum, art galleries, offices and residential spaces.
Minster is delighted to be a part of such an exciting project.
