We have an exciting opportunity for someone to take the step into the role of Branch Operations Manager at our thriving Challow branch.
You will support the Branch Manager by ensuring the best operating practise is obtained through harmonious working methods and procedures between operations and sales.
Minster is the fastest growing national specialist insulation and dry lining distributor in the UK, offering customers a comprehensive range of products readily available through a well-placed network of branches throughout the country.
You will support with the smooth operation of the branch through the managing the vehicle operation, maintaining successful working relationships with customers and staff and ensure the high operational standards are upheld in order to delight our customers.
Your first priority will be to ensure that high service levels to our customers are always met and exceeded. You will share our 100% dedication in delivering excellent customer service and going that extra mile at all times and continue to actively promote this culture within your branch. You will also be accountable for the health and safety of your team and their general well-being.
Distribution experience is desired however not essential, for a can do, positive attitude and a willingness to learn is far more important to us. You will have good stock management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
